Tour Announcement
Welcome to the Brecky Breck Books & Bikes Tour!
Our family is so excited to get back to traveling and meeting new people! I’ve always had a heart for children, and getting to spend time and love on them face-to-face is a dream come true. This tour is something we have been wanting to do for a long time, and we’re finally making it happen by taking the leap!

We have locked down our general tour map! Specific locations are still to be determined, but we at least know what states we will be touring with specific timelines! We’re breaking the tour down into “Chapters”, (catchy huh? It’s a book tour!) so we can pace ourselves and plan in segments. I think it feels more doable this way!
Last week I got to host a storytime at a local preschool! It was SO MUCH FUN! Spending time with toddler-age kids is my favorite thing. They are just so sweet and energetic! I can not wait to make this a regular thing!
We are going to be documenting our behind-the-scenes journey throughout our travels. This is exciting because one of our favorite things to do as a family is to reflect on all of the amazing experiences, challenges, and growth we encounter through time spent on the road! We plan to post on our Young With Kids Instagram account, and YouTube channel. You can check out the few videos we posted a while ago.
This last weekend Kylan and I had the opportunity to film Sprint Boat Racing here in Port Angeles, Washington! It is going to be an AWESOME episode! I even got to go for a ride!
FUN FACT
Our 18-year-old cat, Frankie, will be joining us on the road! He is beginning to decline in health, but we are excited that he will get to spend some of his last few memorable moments traveling with us again. (He LOVES traveling with us! I’m sure we’ll capture lots of his adventures and personality in the vlog).
Events Coming Up!
This month we are going to be filming another Lincoln Park BMX episode and Wildland Firefighting episode! Lots of fun adventures ahead!
Our family is also taking a little road trip for another downhill race this week! We plan on documenting that adventure as well to share on our Young With Kids channel. So stay tuned for that!
Well, I think that’s all for now! I am going to try my hardest to keep these updates coming at least once a month! I think it will help me stay focused on planning and coordinating all of the moving parts. Thanks again for tuning in!
